Some designers are scared of AI. Some can't wait to use it. Honestly, we feel both: a bit of nerves and a lot of excitement about what's suddenly possible.

AI can get most of the way there on its own. But the best work for a client still needs a person steering it, making the calls a model can't.

Used well, it lets us move faster and explore far more ideas than we ever could before.

There are two ways to work with us. A monthly Design Partner retainer (€4,000/mo, fully embedded in your team) or project-based work with a fixed scope (from €10,000). Either way you get us up close, not a meter running on every ticket.

We work in your tools. Figma, Webflow, Slack, Linear, GitHub, wherever your team already lives.
Two rounds of revisions on anything we make, as standard. In practice we work so openly that by the time you "review" it, you've already shaped it.
Everything we make is yours. Full IP, Figma source and the Webflow project, all handed over. No strings.

The questions we actually get asked.

These come straight from real discovery calls. If yours isn't here, just email us. We'd rather talk it through than pretend a page covers everything.

From the brief, not a calculator. Once we've had the discovery call, we know the scope, the timeline and what success looks like, and we put a fixed number against it within about three working days. No hours billed by the minute, no surprise invoices. If something genuinely changes mid-project, we talk it through before any work happens.

Yes. We always start with a single month so both sides can feel out the rhythm. After that it rolls month to month with 30 days' notice. No annual contracts, no exit fees, no lock-in.

Usually within two weeks. Something useful lands in the first week or so, whether that's workshop notes, a clear direction or a first pass. If you've got a hard deadline like an event, a launch or a raise, we'll tell you straight whether it's doable before we take it on.

Both. We design in Figma and ship in Webflow, Framer, or straight into your repo (lightweight React / Next). For product UI we sit with your devs through implementation rather than throwing files over the wall.

Design, motion and front-end. For back-end work we either bring in engineers we trust or work next to yours. We're not going to pretend we're a full-service dev shop. Most of our clients already have engineering in-house, and we plug straight into it.

No, and we build things so you don't have to. You get everything: Figma source, the Webflow project, the brand files. We set your team up to handle copy, hero images, blog posts and small layout tweaks on your own. Come back to us for the next big thing, not to change a button colour.

The two of us. Always. No junior team, no account manager, no studio offshore. If we say yes to your project, we're the ones doing the work. That's the whole pitch.

Big agencies sell breadth: every discipline under one roof, with a layer of project managers on top. We sell depth. Few clients, sharper work, a direct line to the people making the calls. If you want a big team and a polished slide deck, that isn't us. If you want a small partner that's embedded, opinionated and genuinely invested, it is.

Two per output as standard. In practice we work out in the open, in Figma comments and weekly check-ins, so by the time you're "reviewing" something you've already seen and shaped a few versions of it. The formal rounds are a safety net, not how we actually work.

You do. Full IP transfers to you on delivery: Figma source, ownership of the Webflow project, brand source files, the fonts you've licensed. We don't license anything back to you and we don't keep a proprietary copy.

No. We take on so few clients at a time, two or three, that direct conflicts are rare, and we'll always flag one before signing anything. If a real conflict comes up mid-engagement, we'll have that conversation honestly.
